CAD Resolution believes that pricing of its services should be handled with utmost sensitivity and care as it needs proper valuation of the total scope of work. The project scope, volume and turnaround time are involved in the project have a direct bearing on the overall cost. Here is our personal take on the pricing process which can be discussed mutually.

T&M Approach

The T&M approach is an oft used approach when a client is not sure about the amount of work it needs to get done. In this scenario, an hourly fee is levied per resource for all the projects. The billing will be based on the actual number of hours the resources have devoted to the project. This is the best approach if the needs are fluctuating and not fixed.

Fixed Pricing Approach

With this approach, we will send you a quote based on the project work and a budget and time frame is fixed. If the client agrees to the project estimates and quotes, the project implementation phase will get initiated. Any additional work levied by the client will be charged based on the hourly rate.

This approach is suitable for projects where the timeline and the budget is fixed.

Virtual Worker Arrangement

In this arrangement, our development, design, and testing staff are hired as virtual workers and extension of your existing on-site team. We dedicate employees from our side to working exclusively for your company on a full-time engagement for 40 hours a week per worker.

Please note that the approaches are subject to change and also dependent on mutual discussion. We can work out a middle ground if these approaches do not meet your requirements. We will make every effort to keep our pricing constant and reasonable, but at times, there might be a slight change in the final pricing, based on different factors.
